About a booking you made: contact the business you booked with. They hold your booking and can change or cancel it.

What to include

• the business name, and the website where you saw the widget;
• which assistant you used (ChatGPT, Claude or another);
• the link the assistant gave you, if you have it;
• what you expected and what happened;
• the date and time, in Singapore time.

Please do not send NRIC numbers, medical details or screenshots showing them.

For businesses: add your site address and, for a booking question, the booking reference and its date.

Known limitations

Gemini is not supported yet. Gemini answers from Google Search and does not open a link pasted into it, so it cannot read a business's pages until they are indexed.

Copying the prompt. "Another AI" copies the prompt to your clipboard. Some browsers block this. If they do, the prompt is shown so you can select and copy it by hand.

Bookings may need confirming. During a business's first 5 bookings with FrontDesk, bookings arrive as requests. You get an email saying your request is received and not yet confirmed, then a second email when the business confirms or declines. Each business sets how much notice it needs.

Online booking can be paused. If a business's online booking is paused, its pages say so and show how to reach it, for example on WhatsApp.

Times can change. Open times are read every few minutes and show an "As of" time. A time can be taken between the assistant reading it and you submitting. The booking page checks again and asks you to pick another if it has gone.

Signed-out assistants. Some assistants, when not signed in, answer only from their own search index and do not open links you paste. If yours will not open the address, try signing in or use another assistant.

Other clinic systems. Live open times come from Plato today. Businesses on other systems show a request form instead.
